Extended Hours & Bi-Lingual Technical Support

Square D / Schneider Electric announced today that technical support hours for its Power Management Operation in LaVergne, TN will be extended until 7:00 PM CST. The company also announced that technical support representatives are being trained to assist Spanish speaking customers. Extended hours and bi-lingual technical support will be available beginning December 1, 2003.
"We're changing our hours of operation and adding support representatives who speak Spanish to better accommodate customer needs," said Brett Cusaac, Technical Support Manager for Square D / Schneider Electric's Power Management Operations. "By extending our hours, customers on the West Coast will be able to call until 5 PM PST while customers on the East Coast can reach us until 8 PM ET."
Cusaac also explained that adding support representatives who speak Spanish will allow the company to help a wider range of customers than ever before. "With an ability to serve Spanish speaking customers in their native language, we will greatly enhance our ability to assist domestic and global customers in getting the most from their power monitoring systems."
