"Data Execution Prevention (DEP) is a new Microsoft technology designed to prevent malicious code from running on a computer system. It can be enforced by software and/or hardware. When DEP is enabled/installed, you may not be able to install this version of Advanced Reports.

Software DEP is currently available on these Windows operating systems: XP Professional, SP2; Server 2003, SP1; Server 2003 R2 (subject to change as Microsoft releases new products). Hardware DEP is either enabled or disabled.

To detect the DEP levels that are on your computer, you can download and run the “WMIC Tool” batch file, located below. When you run this batch file, it generates a list of hardware and software DEP settings for your computer. "
