A software patch is available for PowerView Version 1.0. This patch provides unsigned power factor support for the current PM710. The current PM7 driver provides power factor support for the PM750 only. 

If you are an end user and ALREADY have PowerView installed: End User Instructions for applying PM7 Power Factor Patch to PowerView 

1. Copy the folder containing the patch to your computer's Desktop. For the English patch, copy the folder named Pm7_Patch_English. 
2. Close all running applications, including PowerView and the Meter Configuration Utility if open. 
3. Open the folder that was copied to the Desktop in Step 1 and run the UpdatePM7.bat by double clicking it. 
4. You will need to manually reboot your PC to complete the installation of the PM7 Power Factor patch.
