Branch Circuit Power Meter (BCPM) Firmware
- V1.012 - This version of firmware addresses an issue with the way the BCPM processed data from 2-pole and 3-pole configurations.
CM3000 Series Firmware
Here is the latest revision of firmware for the CM3000. There are 3 files for the CM3000 (DL,OS,LL). The DL and OS files need to be installed first and the LL file needs to be downloaded last.
CM4000 Series Firmware
This is the latest revision of the firmware for the Circuit Monitor Series 4000. For full compatibility with all available hardware options, the DL, OS and the LL portions of the firmware need to be updated.
DLF3000 Download Firmware Utility
The Download Firmware Upgrade Utility (DLF3000) is a tool used to install the latest firmware version for your POWERLOGIC or POWERLINK device. After downloading DLF-3000 v3_3 v2.exe, do the following to install DLF3000:
- Uninstall earlier versions of DLF.
- On your Windows taskbar, click Start > Settings > Control Panel.
- Click the Add/Remove Programs icon. Select the DLF program and remove it.
- Navigate to the folder DLF-3000 v3_3 v2.exe is located, then double-click the file and follow the setup wizard.
- When the installation is complete, reboot your PC.
ECC21 Firmware
Click on the file tab to transfer the latest ECC21 firmware to your Computer. Note: Communication to serial devices through the ECC21 during firmware updates is not available. Communications should be restored automatically in most PowerLogic Systems.
ECC21 HTML Pages and Instructions
The ECC21 enables you to access custom HTML pages (stored in the CM3000 or CM4000 series circuit monitors) using a standard web browser. The HTML pages let you access real-time device data from a single device or multiple devices, including the host circuit monitor. - Using the ECC21 HTML Pages - "Using the ECC HTML Pages" contains the information you need to download and use the custom HTML pages created for use with the ECC21 for CM3000 and CM4000 series circuit monitors. The document is available as a PDF or Word document.
- Custom ECC21 HTML Pages -
The CM3000 and CM4000 series circuit monitors with the optional ethernet card (ECC21) provide access to information using a standard web browser. This download page contains a zip file with 12 custom web pages for the ECC21. The zip file also contains one executable program. This program installs a graphing tool to your web browser for use with some of the graphing and trending features of the custom web pages. To install the graphing tool, expand the contents of the zip file to your hard drive, double-click the executable file, and follow the install instructions provided. For instructions on loading custom web pages into the ECC21 card, please see the "Using the ECC21 HTML Pages" section of this web site or the ECC21 User's Guide.
EGX100 Firmware
- EGX100 Firmware V2.900 - This version of firmware provides improved validation of the IP Address and the IP Address/Subnet Mask combination.
EGX200/EGX400 Firmware
Use the links below to transfer the latest EGX200/400 firmware to your Computer. Note: Communication to serial devices through the EGX during firmware updates is not available. Communications should be restored automatically in most Powerlogic Systems.
EGX200 -- The version 6.1 firmware update includes better broadcast/multicast storm resiliency, auto negotiation improvements, serial communications support for Odd parity, and the ability to communicate with ModbusTCP/IP protocol over nonstandard MTU sized Ethernet networks.
To properly update your EGX200:
1. Transfer the version 6.1 firmware file (egx06100.bin) to your Computer.
2. Use FTP to copy the "egx06100.bin" file from your Computer to the EGX (once the file transfer is complete, the EGX will automatically reboot). Refer to the EGX 200/400 Users Guide if you need more information.
3. Allow the EGX to reboot after the file transfer and browse the EGX to confirm v6.1 is displayed.
EGX400 -- Upgrading the EGX400 to version 6.1 provides all the features of the EGX200 mentioned above plus data logging enhancements, increased support for the number of loadable device types (PLT files) from 32 to 64, SMTP client enhancements, and additional device type support for the ION7300.
To properly update your EGX400, the following steps must be followed in order:
1. Browse the EGX to record the device list entries and which devices are being logged.
2. (Optional) Use FTP to retrieve all currently logged data (".log" files) from the EGX. (Note: all logged data will be lost in step 6)
3. Transfer the version 6.1 firmware file (egx06100.bin) to your Computer.
4. Use FTP to copy the "egx06100.bin" file from your Computer to the EGX (once the file transfer is complete, the EGX will automatically reboot). Refer to the EGX 200/400 Users Guide if you need more information.
5. Allow the EGX to reboot after the file transfer and browse the EGX to confirm v6.1 is displayed.
6. Use FTP to delete all ".plt" files from the EGX (this will cause all logged data to also be deleted).
7. Transfer the version 6.1 ZIP file (egx06100.zip) to your Computer.
8. Extract the files from the "egx06100.zip" file to a known location on your Computer.
9. Use FTP to copy all extracted files to the EGX, overwriting all existing files.
10. Browse the EGX and re-setup the device list and logging using what was recorded in step 1.
EGX300 Firmware
EGX300 Firmware & Disk Image Update
Version 4.200 firmware with Version 4.200 Disk Update adds support for Dashboard
Presentation of Logged Data.
*Upgrading to version 4.20 requires new firmware to be downloaded to the EGX
followed by the egx04200.upd 'patch' to the suite of files located on the EGX300
flash disk.
EM4800 Configuration Tool
The Powerlogic EM4800 Configuration Tool is used for configuring E4805, E4833, and E4880 multi-circuit meters. Click on the Files tab to download the tool. This tool is also used to update any of the EM4800 meters.
