Square D Power Management Operations Hosts Industry Wide Webcast

Square D / Schneider Electric's first foray into web based seminars went off without a hitch on May 27, 2004 when their Power Management Operations (PMO) hosted an industry wide webcast titled, "The State of Power Management: What Today's Specifiers Need To Know." Several hundred individuals registered to attend the event, which featured a panel of Square D experts including Dave Petratis, Larry Ray, Jon Bickel, Larry Curtis and Mark McGranaghan from EPRI / PEAC. 

"According to industry experts who have conducted hundreds of similar webcasts, we had an extraordinarily high registration rate," said Troy Wurth, PMO Marketing Program Manager. "That obviously means our audience was anxious to interact with our experts and to hear about the latest developments in power monitoring technology." Audience members were able to interact with the panel by submitting questions through an instant message system and by actually asking questions during the Q & A section of the event.
