The PMCM power monitoring system is the answer to your multiple drop sub-metering problems, by providing a convenient solution for monitoring multiple electrical services, which share a common voltage source. It measures kW and kWh and reports other diagnostic information such as power factor, volts, amps, and kVAR, over an RS485 network using MODBUS® communication protocol. And, to protect valuable equipment, it has built-in alarm registers for over / under voltage, current, KVA, plus phase loss. Information is available locally through an integrated display in the front of the enclosure.

The MCM comes in a NEMA 12 enclosure (other types available)that measures 24”x24”x6” with a built-in display. This small package will save you precious installation space compared to mounting individual meters. Multiple MCMs can be mounted together and connected with communications for applications over eight meters.It is easily configured for monitoring eight 3-wire services or six 4-wire services, including neutral current, single phase, or three phase.
