Online Reservation Instructions

1.       Click on the above link and it will take you directly to the reservations page

2.       Select your arrival, departure dates, and room type

3.       Please DO NOT remove the number that is in the Corporate ID box

4.       Once your dates are selected, the room rates will then pull up

5.       Select your room type, rate, and follow the payment instructions

If the rate does not pull up then it could mean one of the following:

1.       Hotel is sold out over requested dates

2.       Preferred rate is not being offered over the selected dates

3.       Room type may be sold out

Transportation from the airport to the Downtown Doubletree- Our Hotel contract arranges for Gray Line Express to provide transportation from the airport to the Doubletree Downtown hotel. (The Gray Line counter is located near the car rental counters in the BNA airport, downstairs from baggage claim; please check-in with them there by letting them know that you are with Square D/Schneider Electric to get free transport to the downtown Doubletree.  Tickets/pre-arranged name list from the hotel are not required). 

Shuttle from the Downtown Doubletree to training - Power Management University will provide limousine service to/from this hotel to the classroom in Lavergne. The driver from Matchless Limousine will meet you outside the hotel's lower main lobby at 7:15 (be sure to be there on time). We will also provide transportation to both the airport and the hotel on Thursday after class at 3PM, as needed.  Please book departing flights for 5 pm or later on the last day of class.

If you plan on staying in downtown Nashville at a hotel other than the Doubletree, but still plan to utilize the daily shuttle from the Doubletree to the training facility, please contact us with this information at PowerLogic.University@us.schneider-electric.com no later than 5 days prior to your course's start date. Shuttles are only arranged when we confirm attendees to have existing reservations at the Doubletree location and we are unaware of reservations made with other hotels. In this respect, please note also that if you make last minute reservations at the Doubletree, we will also be unaware of your arrangements/need for shuttle.
