(We have a negotiated rate of $109 per night which includes free internet and free Gray Line shuttle service from airport) Be sure to make your reservations as soon as possible to ensure availability. Transportation- Our Hotel contract arranges Gray Line Express to provide transportation from the airport to the Doubletree Downtown hotel. (The Gray Line counter is located near the car rental counters in the BNA airport; please check-in with them there). Power Management University will then provide limousine service to/from the hotel to the classroom in Lavergne. The driver from Matchless Limousine will meet you in the hotel lobby at 7:15 (so be sure to be there on time). We will also provide transportation to the airport on Thursday after class at 3PM, if needed.
