Meals - Power Management University will provide breakfast and lunch for each day of training, and for our standard 4-day factory classes, we will take the class out to dinner one evening during the week of the training class.
The Square D / Schneider Electric preferred rate for 2012 is $99 and includes:

Please be sure to make your reservations as soon as possible to ensure availability.
Use SRP Code: SQD and Corp ID# 0560036856 when making reservation online or over phone. This ensures that you get the negotiated rate and amenities. Please note that when calling, central reservations may not have access to our local corporate account. Please call the hotel's local number at 615-244-8200 and ask for In-House Reservations.
Our Doubletree contract includes arrangements for Gray Line Express to provide transportation from the airport to the Doubletree Downtown Hotel. The Gray Line counter is located near the car rental counters in the BNA airport, downstairs from baggage claim; please check-in with them there by letting them know that you are with Square D/Schneider Electric to get free transport to the downtown Doubletree. To help ensure that no one is charged in error, participants will be required to sign a log for submission to the Doubletree by Gray Line. Please note: If you would like to use the shuttle but you are staying at a hotel other than the downtown Doubletree, you will be required to pay any standard/applicable Gray Line shuttle fees.
PLEASE NOTE: If you plan on staying in downtown Nashville at a hotel other than the Doubletree, but still plan to utilize the daily shuttle between the Doubletree and the training facility, please contact us with this information at PowerLogic.University@us.schneider-electric.com no later than 5 days prior to your course's start date. Shuttles are only arranged when we confirm attendees to have existing reservations at the Doubletree downtown location and we are unaware of reservations made with other hotels in the Nashville area. In this respect, please also note that if you make last minute reservations at the Doubletree, we will also be unaware of your arrangements/need for shuttle, as the daily shuttle service is not provided by or affiliated with the Doubletree Hotel.
When making reservations over the phone, please make reference to your association with Schneider Electric. Please see the above notes regarding shuttle for downtown hotels other than the Doubletree.
