Year after year, we hear great things from our customers about our PowerLogic Technical Support We think it is because our technical support center strives to improve its performance with the main focus on helping PowerLogic end users use their systems. This year is no exception and our PowerLogic Technical Support has out done itself. The team has been striving to merge knowledge to support both PowerLogic energy and power management families including our newest ION meters and software. This effort has culminated in the ability for users to log an incident and submit a contact report online as well as offering powerful search cabilities with our new knowledgebase for quick access the latest PowerLogic information.

Utility Solution for Accuracy Verification
The Instrument Transformer Service solution dynamically verifies the accuracy of existing or newly installed metering locations END-to-END, existing infrastructure and corrects inaccuracies to make the equipment revenue compliant.
It is known and recommended by standards experts that effective testing of current transformers is best done in-situ, which until now has been difficult if not impossible. Square D Instrument Transformer Services can provide an accuracy test report for current transformers (CTs) while the system is still live and operational.

Plant Engineering Product of the Year Finalists
Two new PowerLogic products have been Plant Engineering Product of the Year finalists PLANT ENGINEERING subscribers and end-users in manufacturing plants have chosen the PowerLogic PM750 power meter and PowerLogic PowerView software as a finalists competing in the November Product of the Year issue.
PLANT ENGINEERING subscribers will receive a voting card with their November issue. These industrial consumers will choose the top products in 18 categories.
