Submetering Integrated Power Center
One Complete Solution
The submetering integrated power center combines the custom engineered integrated power center solution by Square D® IPaCS with the advanced metering capabilities of the Square D PowerLogic® E4800 series multi-circuit energy meter all by Schneider Electric. Using a variety of Square D components, the ability to meter multiple feeder breakers inside a factory assembled and pre-wired enclosure provides an ideal solution for multi-tenant or departmental metering applications. Schneider Electric’s Energy Solutions to Implement Solar Photovoltaic System at Palatine, IL North American Operating Division Headquarters

 

Schneider Electric Energy Solutions has begun implementation of a 50kW solar photovoltaic (PV) array system at the North American Operating Division headquarters in Palatine.  Energy Solutions is providing turn-key, design-build for the PV system, including all system engineering, grid connection, wind loading, green monitoring/reporting and project management.

 

Energy Solutions initially reviewed 27 NAOD facilities, completing a comprehensive analysis of available rebates and incentives for each location, including ROI, all part of the Total Energy Control program.  The Palatine location was chosen because of large federal, state and local incentives and high electrical utility rates.  Nearly every state has renewable energy incentives, click here for link . . .

The PV system will produce energy savings and reductions in CO2 emissions, all monitored and reported by the PowerLogic system.
