PowerLogic Data Center solutions maximize the reliability and energy performance of data centers
Power availability and reliability are critical to data center operations. A disruption or unplanned downtime can seriously impact profitability and competitiveness. Additionally, customer demands for increased computing power expands load density and cooling requirements, resulting in higher energy needs, power consumption and operational costs.

Our Square D® PowerLogic® systems allow you to improve electrical network stability and drive down energy costs without compromising power availability or reliability. For more information, click the links below

New Federal Government White Paper
Enacting an Energy Management Lifecycle Approach in Federal Facilities
The United States government is the largest single consumer of energy in the world, using 600 trillion BTUs of energy at a cost of $6.2 billion each year. Through legislation and executive orders, Congress and the president have imposed stringent energy-efficiency mandates in order to reduce the environmental impact of these buildings, curtail energy costs and help lead the nation towards energy independence and security.

A new white paper addressing the most effective way to meet these mandates is now available for federal government facility and energy managers. The consulting engineers segment is dedicated to improving the resources and tools Schneider Electric provides on our U.S. website. Several updates have recently been made in this endeavor and these improvements make it easier for consulting engineers to obtain the information they need.

The first online enhancement includes a new page specifically dedicated to the topic of selective coordination, which can be found in the left-hand navigation of the consulting engineers website.

From data bulletins to white papers and guides, all information regarding selective coordination can now be found in one place from this page.

Also improved is the ?CSI Specifications? page, which has been renamed ?Product Specifications.? This web page is now easier to navigate and The white paper explores the following:

> Energy challenges facing federal government facilities

> Federal energy legislation and executive orders, including Energy Policy Act of 2005 (EPAct2005), Executive Order 13423, Energy Independence and Security Act of 2007 (EISA2007) and Executive Order 13514

> Funding sources available, including Energy Savings Performance Contracts (ESPCs), Utility Energy Service Contracts (UESCs), Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) and energy incentive programs

> Importance of implementing the four steps of an energy management action plan and the savings potential available.
